Shenzhen Shimao Finance Center featuring a 330-meter tower with podium retail and a boutique hotel will be an important landmark Shenzhen Qianhai. Pedestrian bridges were designed to link the surrounding commercial stores and office buildings. Roof garden is used by the office workers for social event and daily leisure use.  

Design concept is inspired by Shimao’s internal cloud system. Different types of “cloud” bench are design to integrate with landscape design area for social interaction, resting under shades, retail event and for entertainment. Entrance event plaza features a high-resolution LED projecting system. With three LED towers functioning as project signage and retail display, event plaza can host wide range of activities for daily use and special occasions. A sculpture is design to capture the wind movement.  Ring-shaped cascading water fountain with a weight sensing mechanism bench can catch weight and trigger LED animation and water movement.
