Greentown Shanghai Changfeng Center is located in Putuo District. The project will be developed as a new landmark leisure business district. Nearly 18 hectares of site contain several main functional divisions: a neoclassical style residential garden, a green spine featuring a playground, an event lawn and a linear water feature, an office campus with a group of trees to provide shades for workers in daily use, a retail complex featuring a waved wood dining deck, central event plaza and perimeter retail street and two roof gardens for office use. 

 

Landscape design visions "life, art, landscape", to an innovative office environment integrated with surrounding landscape will bring a new experience for Shanghai to meet the needs of the new era of life/work style.

绿城上海长风中心位于上海市长风区，项目定位为综合办公、商业、以及住宅的休闲商务区，开发内容包括高端住宅、服务式公寓、商业、办公以及中央绿色廊道公园。

景观设计提出“生活，艺术，景观”的概念，打造全新的生活方式，将办公环境与周遭景观商业环境融合，创新的工作及生活模式将为普陀区带来全新的体验，满足新时代的生活工作需求。

接近18公顷的场地包含几个主要的功能分区：一期新古典主义建筑风格的住宅花园、二期现代建筑的围合新形态办公景观园区以及三期商业办公混合开发，以及一个中心绿色廊道公园。场地的服务设施完备，结合商业与景观公园配套，实现新形态的优质办公环境，项目同时包含一个供员工使用的屋顶花园，以不同尺度及空间类型充分满足企业员工不同的使用需求。
