A 4-tectare site in the heart of Nanning Mingyang district and one of the largest mixed-use development in the area, is and urban center mixing commercial, retail, hotel, office and residential uses. The landscape and streetscape design features a diverse network of new public open spaces, including palm tree promenade arrival court, central event plaza, shaded courtyard, and tropical garden. At the upper levels, the new buildings incorporate multiple landscaped terraces and green roofs.
The project introduces the idea of tropical “forest” as a framework for pedestrian-oriented, vibrant, 18-hour mixed-use retail center that connects into surrounding hotel, office and community. The planting materials promotes tropical character, provide interests, and reduce heat island effect. Nanning Lohas forest will be the pioneer project for future neighborhood development.
项目位于南宁明阳新区的核心，将成为区域最大的商业综合体项目，配有酒店、办公以及住宅开发。项目定位满足三大功能，商业 - 绿色生态超市、儿童成长中心、影院、文创市集； 商务 - 包括度假酒店、会议会展中心、宴会中心；以及健康 - 高端健康服务中心、大健康产业孵化平台、健康低碳主题式酒店、健康公寓。
景观设计包含一系列开放空间：”椰林”迎宾大道、“光谷”活动广场、“绿里”餐饮、活动中庭、下沉花园、热带绿岛、雨林花园以及不同的屋顶花园以及平台。
设计灵感启发与热带森林，以人为尺度导向，创造一个充满活力，生机盎然的自然森林商场体验，热带植物的设计不但为场地带来特点，同时也减少场地的热岛效应。乐活森林商业综合体将成为未来区域的核心公共区域，为周遭的社区人群服务。
